WEBINAR
This one-hour seminar provides training for Human Resource professionals, leaders, and staff regarding best practices in meeting our ethical obligations in the workplace. Through interactive dialogue and case studies, attendees will learn about the six steps to good decision-making, the enemies of ethical conduct, why we must always consider public perception and the needs of our constituencies, the dangers of accepting perks and showing favoritism, and the difference between ethics and values. We will focus on the ethics of team building, decision making, and interacting with colleagues. For Human Resources professionals, this training fulfills HRCI’s new mandatory ethics training requirement, but supervisors and employees of all levels and classifications are encouraged to attend.
Certificates provided upon completion.
