Workplace Investigator Needed

Our law firm seeks a full-time attorney investigator to work in our Sacramento office.  HR experience is a plus.  We will consider attorneys with 3+ years of employment law experience.  This is a great opportunity for new investigators.

Experienced Legal Assistant

Our law firm is seeking an experienced legal assistant to handle administrative pleadings, review/revise confidential investigation reports, and manage attorney calendars. This is not a traditional legal secretary position.  We do not practice civil litigation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, editing, organization and communication skills, strong attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and comfort working with multiple attorneys and high-profile clients.  Experience calendaring for a busy partner is a must.  This position requires reliability and excellent attendance.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and experience using styles, headings, creating and editing tables of authorities and contents is critical.  The candidate also must accurately make complex document edits, and adhere to the firm’s styles, guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.

Experienced Executive Assistant

Our law firm is seeing an experienced executive assistant. This position primarily supports a busy senior attorney.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an administrative/executive secretary, preferably for a law firm’s senior partner.

Required skills include:

• Heavy scheduling
• Organization
• Attention to detail
• Maintaining the principle’s calendar; heavy calendar experience is required
• Multi-tasking s
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability
• Heavy proofreading
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office in a Windows environment

The successful candidate presents a professional demeanor and is comfortable interacting with high-profile clients. This position also requires excellent reliability and attendance.
