On June 15, 2022, the United States Supreme Court issued its long-awaited decision in Viking River Cruises, Inc. v. Moriana.  The Court delivered VERY good news to California employers regarding the enforceability of PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) waivers in arbitration agreements.  (In short, employers may now include carefully crafted waivers of PAGA claims in arbitration agreements and effectively avoid litigating PAGA claims in Court.)
