TRAINER(S)

Jennifer Shaw, Esq.

Event Details

WEBINAR

On July 26, 2021, the California Department of Public Health issued an order requiring all workers employed by the State of California to either show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, or be subjected to COVID-19 testing at least once a week, among other things. The order was effective on August 2, 2021, but many departments are understandably confused about their obligations.

Join Jennifer Shaw, a trusted advisor to many State employers, for an interactive discussion of the new requirements and the best practices for compliance. Jennifer will answer your questions, and provide you with the tools you need to appropriately administer your “test or vaccinate” program.

Bring your questions, and leave with SHRM, HRCI, and/or MCLE credit. Certificates provided upon completion.
