Megan Donaghey

Megan is an experienced human resources professional who conducts impartial investigations, provides employment law advice and counsel, and conducts training on workplace issues. As an investigator, Megan evaluates complex and sensitive workplace complaints of sexual and other workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage-hour violations.

Eric Glassman has provided legal advice, training and litigation services to private corporations and public agencies for more than 20 years. Eric has conducted seminars and workshops for managers and employees on a wide variety of topics. He advises some of the nation’s top companies on workplace issues, including hiring and separation of employment.
Trish Higgins

For more than 20 years, Trish Higgins has provided employers with effective legal advice and representation. She counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, wage-and-hour issues, reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence, performance management, terminations, and responding to employee complaints.
Brooke Kozak

Brooke Kozak advises employers in all areas of employment law. She also conducts workplace investigations for public- and private-sector employers. A former human resources professional focused on employee relations, policy development, and recruiting, Brooke brings her practical business experience to Shaw Law Group’s practice.
J.R. Riddell

J.R. Riddell is an outgoing communicator experienced in conducting complex and sensitive investigation work.
