When Will I Receive Access Instructions?
You will receive an order confirmation receipt with your login link by email after your payment is processed. If you opted to make your payment by check, please allow 7-10 business days from the day you mailed your check to receive your order confirmation and login link.
If you registered for multiple courses, you will receive a login link for each course one week prior to the day of the course (TBD).
Will Each Attendee Receive an Access Email for Group Registrations?
Yes. Each attendee will receive an access link that is for their use only. This includes attendees that registered as part of a group. Please select the appropriate quantity of attendees for each course.

Instructor Information
Jennifer Shaw is the founder of Shaw Law Group, and a 2019 recipient of the Sacramento Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business” award.
A well-respected expert in employment law for more than 25 years, employers regularly rely on Jennifer to counsel them on a broad range of employment law issues. Jennifer’s practical advice covers subjects such as wage-hour compliance, anti-discrimination and harassment policies and procedures, reasonable accommodation/leave of absence issues, and hiring/separation processes. She is a trusted advisor to in-house counsel, HR professionals, and leadership across a broad spectrum of public sector and private sector employers.
Kris Lopez’s practice involves conducting impartial school and workplace investigations, providing advice and counsel to employers, and preparing and delivering engaging and interactive workplace training.
Kris also provides advice to employers on a range of employment law topics, including wage/hour, employee privacy, and EEO issues. Kris’ background in leadership, organizational behavior, and peer diversity education help him develop creative and efficient solutions to complex workplace challenges. Kris is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder. He practices in both English and Spanish.
