Cal/OSHA ETS Update

by Jennifer Shaw | | June 8, 2021

So, the Cal/OSHA Board had a wild meeting last week.  In the end, the Board approved the proposed revisions to the Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS).  Here is a link to the comparison.

The Office of Administrative Law has until June 13 to decide whether to adopt or reject the proposed revisions.  If approved, the revised ETS will be effective on or before June 15 (not coincidentally, the date of California’s “reopening”).

Once the revisions are final, we will summarize the changes for you!  Stay tuned.
