EEOC Announces Deadline for 2021 for EEO-1 Reports and Changes

The EEOC announced last week that its data collection portal for 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 report is tentatively set to pen on April 12, 2022, with a deadline for employers to file EEO-1 reports by May 17, 2022.  Here’s a link to the EEOC’s announcement.

Keep in mind, EEO-1 report preparation is time-consuming and requires knowledge of the applicable rules and requirements.
