Since the 1990s, employers across California—public and private—have turned to us for EEO training that’s not just required, but actually useful. We refresh our sessions every year to include the latest laws, real-world situations, and everyday workplace challenges, so everyone walks away with tips they can put into action right away.

Join Eric Glassman, a leading employment law expert, for a lively, one-hour session designed for non-supervisory employees. This training meets SB 1343 requirements and covers:

  • How to recognize harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
  • What bullying looks like and how managers are expected to respond
  • How to be an “upstander” and support your teammates
  • The difference between EEO laws and company policies—and why both matter
  • Legal and policy protections, including examples involving gender identity, expression, and sexual orientation
  • How off-duty behavior, even on social media, can affect the workplace
  • How to speak up, what happens next, and why the process is important

This isn’t a lecture, it’s interactive! You’ll get to ask questions, hear relatable stories, and leave with practical tools to help make your workplace more respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable. Attendees love the real-life examples and hands-on tips that make this session truly memorable.

Refund is available only if we receive your cancellation by April 29, 2026.

HRCI/SHRM credit is available. Certificates are provided upon completion.
