When Will I Receive Access Instructions?

If you registered for multiple courses, you will receive a login link for each course one week prior to the day of the course (TBD).
Will Each Attendee Receive an Access Email for Group Registrations?
Yes. Each attendee will receive an access link that is for their use only. This includes attendees that registered as part of a group. Please select the appropriate quantity of attendees for each course.

Instructor Information
Jennifer Shaw is the founder of Shaw Law Group, and a 2019 recipient of the Sacramento Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business” award.
A well-respected expert in employment law for more than 25 years, employers regularly rely on Jennifer to counsel them on a broad range of employment law issues. Jennifer’s practical advice covers subjects such as wage-hour compliance, anti-discrimination and harassment policies and procedures, reasonable accommodation/leave of absence issues, and hiring/separation processes. She is a trusted advisor to in-house counsel, HR professionals, and leadership across a broad spectrum of public sector and private sector employers.

Kristabel Sandoval’s practice focuses on conducting impartial workplace investigations for public and private sector employers, and facilitating training sessions on various employment law topics.
Prior to joining Shaw Law Group, Kristabel represented employees in employment litigation matters in the Bay Area. That experience gave her a unique perspective, and the ability to see issues from all sides.
