Kristabel Sandoval’s practice focuses on conducting impartial, prompt, and legally defensible workplace investigations for both public- and private-sector employers. She assists with investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, performance concerns, and policy violations, and brings a careful, thoughtful approach to interviewing, documentation, and credibility assessments.

In addition, Kristabel facilitates workplace training sessions on core employment law topics, including harassment prevention, respectful workplace expectations, and investigations fundamentals. Her training style is practical and approachable, with an emphasis on clear guidance and real-world scenarios.

Prior to joining Shaw Law Group, Kristabel represented employees in employment litigation matters in the Bay Area. That experience gives her a valuable perspective on workplace disputes and helps inform her current practice.

Kristabel is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to effectively conduct interviews, investigations, and training sessions in bilingual workplaces.
