Jennifer Shaw appeared on “The Afternoon News with Kitty O’Neal” to weigh in on the Department of Labor ruling. The Taqueria was fined $140,000 for hiring a fake priest to hear confessions during work hours to extract what they called “sins.” That includes asking employees if they’d ever been late to work, stolen money or harbored “bad intentions” toward the company.
