Cal/OSHA Approves and Governor Newsom Expedites Revised ETS

In some good news for everyone, Cal/OSHA’s Standards Board voted today to adopt the revised Emergency Temporary Standards (“ETS”) proposed on June 11, 2021.

Governor Newsom then signed an Executive Order making the revised ETS effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
