SB 973 imposes new pay data reporting requirements to the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.  The first deadline is March 31, 2021.  Although the law currently only applies to employers with at least 100 employees, there is talk of reducing that number significantly in the coming legislative session.  Join Jen and Branden for a discussion of this important new law and the resources available on the DFEH website.
