Jennifer will address recent legal developments in light of #MeToo, the steps employers must take to avoid harassment claims, and the ethical obligation to behave appropriately at work. This session is NOT AB 1825 compliant. It is intended to supplement AB 1825 training. There will be plenty of time for your questions!
