Experienced investigators know the importance of effectively managing the complex problems that can arise when conducting internal investigations. In this seminar, we will address the most common of these problems, including:

  • How to evaluate witness credibility
  • The keys to writing appropriate allegations
  • How to deal with “representatives” who interfere in the investigation
  • How to effectively document witness testimony
  • How to effectively defend the investigation
