Employee handbooks often are on the front line of employment litigation. With all the new laws for 2020 and recent court decisions, California employers must make appropriate updates to their employee handbooks. Join Jennifer Shaw for this one-hour session during which she will discuss the additions for 2020 and best practices for drafting employee handbooks. All attendees will receive a checklist of topics every handbook should cover.

As always, this session will be interactive and allow plenty of time for questions! Certificates are provided upon completion.
