As California businesses resume normal operations, they must comply with a complicated assortment of regulatory requirements affecting safety, pay, equity, and more. In particular, Cal/OSHA requires employers to follow specific safety practices in its COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards (“ETS”) —and significant changes may be coming. Employers must ensure their COVID-19 practices comply, while still meeting the needs of their customers and clients.

Join Jennifer Shaw for a discussion of how to create a comprehensive plan to comply with the Cal/OSHA ETS and get employees back to work, including how to:

  • Create/update your COVID-19 Prevention Program and related training materials
  • Comply with applicable workplace vaccination and masking requirements
