- What criminal history information you may obtain
- How to evaluate criminal history and make lawful hiring/promotion decisions
- The requirements for communicating with an applicant about criminal history
- How to ensure you are still complying with the federal and state background check requirements to the extent applicable
This new law has baffled many HR experts and employment lawyers. We will explain the requirements in an understandable way and give you the tools you need to ensure your organization is compliant in this area.
