- “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government,” which permits the use of only “male” and ‘female” in identifying gender and eliminates protections for LGBTQ+ under Title VII.
- “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity” and “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing,” which make DEI programs unlawful for federal contractors and many private sector employers and will require major changes to existing programs.
