As one of California’s most experienced workplace investigators, Lisa has conducted investigations for hundreds of California employers for nearly 20 years. She investigates complaints of misconduct at all levels in the public and private sector.
Clients appreciate Lisa’s ability to complete investigations quickly and efficiently without compromising the integrity of the process. She also prepares concise investigation reports that include credibility assessments and factual findings to prepare employers for their next steps.
Employers call on Lisa to conduct investigations of sensitive matters involving corporate executives, appointed and elected officials, and judicial officers. Because of her Title IX training and expertise, educational institutions retain Lisa to investigate evaluate claims involving gender discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
Lisa is a frequent speaker, trainer, and author on investigation issues, and presents at the Association of Workplace Investigations Annual Conference and at CALPELRA’s annual education program.
